Selection of Nuts, Seeds, Coconut Chips (Raw, unsalted) Daily (Different varieties daily)

Insects (Crickets, Grasshoppers, Silkworms, Wax Worms, and Flying Ants) DO NOT FEED COCROACHES!!

All Fruits (2 Varieties per day) Must never be over ripe as it contains too much sugar!
